- Availability: Secure your tickets through our official website, eo-space.fi. This is the only authorized platform for ticket purchases.
- Receipt: Upon purchase, information are sent via email confirmation, which also includes a link for the registration of each child participant. Please check both your inbox and spam folder for this email.
- Cancellations: Ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted, except in exceptional circumstances such as event cancellation or significant schedule changes. Affected ticket holders will be notified by email with further instructions.
- Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual if the original purchaser cannot attend. To facilitate a transfer, please contact our support team at support@eo-space.com with the new attendee's details.
- Pricing and Inclusions: Each EO STEM Jam ticket grants access to a competition with STEM activities part tailored for specific grade levels.
